Twenty five years of trial experience and a lifetime of community involvement qualify Doug Allen
to be a Superior Court Judge.
Doug Allen has tried over 100 cases in State and Federal Courts. Nine of Doug's cases have
resulted in Published Opinions creating law on environmental protection, property rights, real
estate, employment, probate, and peace officer regulation. Doug's cases have forced fair
elections, protected consumer, homeowner and civil rights. Doug has handled complex civil
litigation including Civil Racketeering prosecution, Intellectual Property, business dissolution and
regulation, construction and real estate.
